Is MCGateway free?
Yes. MCGateway is free to use.
What devices does MCGateway work on?
MCGateway works with Minecraft Bedrock on Xbox, PlayStation, Nintendo Switch, mobile, Windows PC, and other Bedrock devices. It is especially useful on consoles where adding custom servers through the normal server list is limited.
Do I need to download anything?
No special console download is required. You join through Minecraft's normal Friends experience after adding an available MCGateway bot.
Do you plan on shutting down MCGateway?
No. MCGateway is being built as a long-term community service, and we currently have no plans to stop it. If anything important ever changes, we would communicate it clearly through the website and Discord.
